Step 1: Measure Your Wrist

  2. Note your measurement in inches or centimeters.

Option 2: Using a String or Ribbon

  1. Wrap a piece of string around your wrist at the same spot.

  2. Mark where the ends meet.

  3. Lay it flat and measure the length against a ruler.
