What countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country. Once you type in your address during checkout, you'll see a list of shipping rates and options to your specific location.

 

When will my order ship?

Shipments are usually sent out between 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Time frames may very due to high order volumes during holidays or events, and occasionally it may take up to 7 business days to process your order during these times. Made-to-order items such as bracelets usually take 1-2 days to create, meaning your order may take a bit longer to ship.

 

When will I receive my order?

Domestic shipping within the US takes 1-10 business days depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this timeframe such as holidays, closures or other events.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on the type of shipping purchased. Other factors may increase this timeframe such as holidays, closures or other events. 

*International orders are also subject to customs/duty/import fee's upon arrival to your country. These fee's are the customers responsibility and are different depending on your own countries rules/regulations.

Returns/exchanges?

We don't accept returns on crystals as they can be very fragile when shipping, and we like to avoid as much damage as possible. They are bubble wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer to avoid any damage during transit to you.

Bracelets are custom-made per order therefore are non-returnable. If you receive your order and it doesn't fit, we do offer size adjustments, but the customer is responsible for any extra shipping costs. *Please refer to our size measuring instructions listed in the description under any bracelet in order to accurately decide which bracelet size you need the first time. Email contact@lunagem.com for size adjustment instructions, and where to return your package.

*Be aware size 6 bracelets are VERY small, we tend to get a lot of exchanges on these bracelets, please check your size before placing your order*

Any body-jewelry such as earrings/piercings of any kind are NOT returnable for sanitary reasons.

If you are unsatisfied with any of your products, or if anything is broken/damaged upon arrival, please email us and we'll do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
